June 17, 2008

Hungarian metal magazine "Kettngy" conducted an interview with TODAY IS THE DAY and JUCIFER when the two bands performed together on June 8, 2008 in Budapest. The 11-minute clip, which includes performance footage, can be viewed below.

TODAY IS THE DAY's eighth studio album, "Axis of Eden", was released last September on SuperNova Records, the label founded by TODAY IS THE DAY mainman Steve Austin. SuperNova Records is distributed exclusively by MRI/RED in the U.S., FAB in Canada, Cargo in Europe, and IODA for all digital distribution.

Athens, Georgia's JUCIFER released its new album, "L'autrichienne", in March via Relapse Records. The follow-up to "If Thine Enemy Hunger" is a 21-song effort based around the French Queen Marie Antoinette, who was executed by guillotine at the height of the French Revolution.

JUCIFER recorded "L'autrichienne" with former GLANDS bassist Andy Baker (MASERATI, MERCURY PROGRAM, MENDOZA LINE) at his Bakery studios.
